      Plenty of free food Free apple products Not much else

      Cons

      Horrible, and I mean horrible management style. Constant micromanaging, public shaming in slack channels to increase productivity, offers closed door communication just to turn it against you and fire you. Literally the most toxic workplace ever

      Except for the last couple months I enjoyed my time at Lead. The company was growing and I was excited for the future. I really wanted to spend the rest of my career at Lead

      After a key IT management departure, the execs made the decision to put the IT team under the Security team. IT and Security are two different SILOs that should remain separate but collaborative. Neither should be under the other It was a very inexperienced decision that had mutinous results. I left because of it. Others are looking to do the same

      Many changes in company policy, removed remote work option for employees near Kansas City, New York, San Francisco. Inflexible regarding company policy vs employee needs. Many teams use a culture of public shaming in slack channels to get work done as quickly as possible.
