None if you are not related to the management.

Cons

The company hires students on OPT and places them on a corp to corp arrangement with a client. Usually there is a vendor in the middle. They charge around 75 dollars for the employee but end up paying a bare minimal wage. There is absolutely no support if the employee faces an issue at work. The promise is that H1 visa will be filed and meanwhile the employee is exploited to the fullest extent. Absolutely no marketing support if the employee loses their job/project.

Cons

Lead IT is an organization which is full contradictions. They are an IT services company, however, by the time one joins in there, they find out a whole new world . First of all, the hiring team, Management and every support person of the company lies everything and anything. Employees are hired with lucrative and sweet deals. However nothing is true. all hell breaks loose only when the employee exits . That's the time when these people show their true colors. This company has no ethical values at all. The only people who survive here are the ones who are close relatives of the management team. Please an earnest request, be cautious if you get an offer from here.
