- Huge presence in the industries they serve - CEO puts huge emphasis on inclusion/diversity - Has a renewed energy to be product/thought leader - Flexible PTO - HR team is revamping culture - Pay is good and growing with the success of the business

- You have to be able to work with customers that can be rutheless. - Due to Covid, incredible office space is now quiet

It's been more than 6 months now here and I feel great to be a part of this company. Great work life balance, exposure on new technologies and therefore great learning. Other Pros include : 1.Friendly environment to work 2. Work from anywhere 3. Good compensation as per market. 4. Lots of other employee benefits.
