It’s more than 3 years for me working with LeadVenture… and so far my experience with this company is awesome. I have previously worked in Wipro & Cognizant as well, but working here, gives me more satisfaction as work-life balance is great. Leadership is very transparent and supportive in every situation, doesn’t leave me hanging in the middle, always come to rescue me. I get all the credits and rewards I deserve time to time, as I don’t see there’s is a culture to take other person’s credit like in my other companies. Also, I get opportunity to interact with top leadership of the company and hearing them, their vison and company goals, adds extra energy in me to contribute towards it success. Before pandemic, there use to be office parties every quarter and even office get together which I personally use to enjoy a lot. However, this pandemic has changed the situation, WFH doesn’t have this same perk, however there are few team lunches in closed group as well as yearend festivities which lasts for 5 days, lots of contests and prizes make it fun. All in all, I’m having great time working here.

Cons

Not much, however, you may figure out some after a year or more.
