Cons

Copious and unprofessional “backstabbing” from many upper management personell. Lack of understanding of appropriate timelines Morale damage from some toxic leadership consistently unaddressed.

Pros

They are expanding their hiring to other states which means getting a diverse hiring pool. People here are nice and there has been some great in-house tech built out.

Cons

That being said, if you're coming from a tech space, the culture will be jarring. I was told in my interview that the organization is flat, but the opposite couldn't be more true. It's very top-down; there's no process for requests or assistance, and the info you get will be watered down as decisions made are not transparent until you're scrambling to make it happen. There's like 50 ppl with the title AVP which tells me they care about optics for clients instead of true upward mobility for employees.
