      Very low pay! bank tellers start at $14 an hour, the benefits are not good.terrible management… it feels like everyone is “winging” it and no one has a clue about anything.

      Great team and support from management. Great Pay. Your able to give an idea or issue and they will consider it.

      Cons

      Because of Covid, it was the remote position that made it Con for me. I did not enjoy the work-from-home setting. If the position was in office the turnout would have been much more better.

      Get to work from home, lot of support from everyone. You can make a lot with Overtime and there is always more work that is available.

      Cons

      Lack of training classes, this could be because of Covid but it does not seem like the have classes. Most on the job training.
