      This is a growing community bank with high residential loan volume. Can get busy, smaller organization that has retail growth potential

      Pros

      The best part of working for this bank is the people you will be working with. Everyone I worked with was great and supportive. Almost all of the managers regularly took time to talk with employees at the bank.

      Cons

      Not too much to complain about at the bank. I had a great experience and learned a lot while I was here.
