This company absolutely used to be amazing. Upper Management, specifically Jon Juliano and Eric Sims single-handedly destroyed the amazing culture and environment that we worked in and loved so much. The sales department (where I worked) had no support and turned into an afterthought. There were times where there was no work and I was laid off for weeks. They cut our hours and laid people off. Shame on you, Eric Sims. Always promising the moon and never being able to deliver to the clients, leaving us holding the bag and not being able to survive. I would never in good faith, ever recommend someone work for this company. I hope they go under
