Pros

- Lots of new sales strategies to learn from which I like because I want to advance in sales - Company is invested in providing a great work life balance. - It's cool that we get to work with a lot of interesting clients - Compensation and accolades based on performance

Cons

- Quick learning curve with you expected to know and do a lot quickly. - The company is growing means team members are busy and you are left to solve problems on your own. - There used to be more in office culture events, but since transitioning to work from home they are still trying to figure this out
