Some of the wonderful things about working for LeafGroup is the people, environment, benefits, and the rewarding experience.

Cons

One area of opportunity is clearer job responsibilities. As the company grows I’m sure that will resolve this issue. It just can get a little hard sometimes to understand what your role is.

Pros

The company culture is pretty good. For example, we have Meditation Monday, Thirsty Thursdays, Free Lunch Friday, Yoga class, etc. The work life balance is good.

Cons

Some employees are not good at their jobs. They are not knowledgable with what they are doing and not working hard.
