I've been in the business of TA for a very long time. Never, have I worked in a place like Demand Media, I can say that because I have been a TA Consultant for over 42 companies in my career. This company is doing it right! Coming out of a bank as a consultant, I joined here as a full time employee and love it! I work with some really smart people with a passion to work together. Wow! Cons
I live in the Eastside, the drive is killing me However, the train is coming in 3 weeks, thank god! So, the real cons, hmm, lets see, we have car wash, dry cleaners, free snacks, candy bar, lots of food, free parking, cocktails, mixers, unlimited vacation, education assistance program, employee discounts, gym membership discounts, movie tickets discounted, and the list goes on and on, so cons? None! A perfect 5 star excellence! BRAVO!
