Stay away - you’ll regret even stepping foot here

Pros

There are still some talented individual contributors, and remote flexibility can be useful depending on your team.

Cons

Stay away. You will likely regret even stepping foot here. LeafLink has become an exhausting place to work, especially for experienced engineers who care about quality and accountability. Teams are understaffed, institutional knowledge is concentrated among a shrinking number of people, and the employees who remain are expected to absorb more responsibility without meaningful recognition, authority, or compensation. Strong performance is rewarded with additional work. Leadership messaging about appreciation and investing in employees often feels completely disconnected from the actual experience of the people keeping critical systems running. Priorities constantly shift, ownership is unclear, and organizational failures are repeatedly pushed down to individual contributors to solve. Rather than fixing structural problems, the company relies on dependable employees to rescue delivery, production incidents, and business-critical initiatives. Morale is poor, trust in leadership is low, and career progression feels arbitrary. Leadership and hiring decisions are often difficult to understand, yet employees are expected to quietly manage the fallout. This is not a place I would recommend to a strong engineer looking for stability, growth, competent leadership, or fair recognition. Think very carefully before joining. The problems are deeper than a difficult quarter or one bad manager.

Cons

No career progression CEO and CRO have never worked in cannabis(not artie anymore) no customer support no one knows what they are doing unrealistic commission structure 4 layoffs in one year and counting. Leaflink used to be the best and now the industry hates them. ask around. Its corporate greed now. sadly not a community company

Great pay and career path, but unclear leadership direction

Pros

The pay was honestly amazing, and raises happened pretty often, which was great. There’s also a really structured career path, so you always kind of know what’s next.

Cons

There was very little direction from leadership, which often made priorities unclear. Decisions felt more reactive and somewhat “hopeful” rather than strategic. At the same time, management maintained high expectations without fully considering employee needs or providing adequate support.
