Cons

Lengthy interview process isn't necessarily a con, but it's the real deal. Hiring decisions aren't taken lightly. For those not comfortable with a remote environment, this atmosphere may not be best for you.

Fascinating business and opportunity. Good intentions

Cons

Execution is terrible. There is a lack of real business model and lots of fluff. Leadership lacks fortitude and has benefited from market tailwinds and lack of competition. Significant technical debt with very little accountability. New management has cleaned house, but there is limited monetization opportunities.
