- Leadership seems to think selling the long term success of the company will keep everyone around without increasing our pay or promoting us - Belief that with fewer people the same, or even more work can be produced - After 2 rounds of layoffs with no compensation increases across the board there's less trust in leadership and you can feel people starting to look elsewhere or quiet quitting, leaving a house of cards scenario if strong performers leave - Some strong personalities in managerial positions that believe it's there way or the highway
