- Amazing and intelligent people that are passionate about their work - Fun and interesting industry - Strong market share - Competitive compensation, time off, and remote work options - Exceptional middle-management

Cons

- As many of these reviews have already stated, management lacks direction. Whenever a plan goes off the rails, there's always a new and exciting plan to get numbers back on track that will inevitably go belly up in 3 months and get replaced with a newer and more exciting plan - One of the major items that attracted me to the company was the commitment to diversity and inclusion in cannabis, but that is mainly marketing hype - Poor money management, causing 4 rounds of layoffs in 2022 - Ever changing structure and focus can be draining on morale - President has made some comments about pulling everyone into the NYC office while most of the company is remote

- Most coworkers are friendly and come from a tech background, so they understand the product development process - Office is large, convenient, and the snacks are decent - Fairly strong long term potential for the company if they execute perfectly - Weed friendly

Cons

- Leadership seems to think selling the long term success of the company will keep everyone around without increasing our pay or promoting us - Belief that with fewer people the same, or even more work can be produced - After 2 rounds of layoffs with no compensation increases across the board there's less trust in leadership and you can feel people starting to look elsewhere or quiet quitting, leaving a house of cards scenario if strong performers leave - Some strong personalities in managerial positions that believe it's there way or the highway
