      Pros

      - very interesting industry - exciting to get in during its early days and learn - lots of great people - new CRO brings much-needed focus, strategy, and positivity

      Cons

      - extreme shifts in strategy are common - teams / individuals often work in silos and don’t think to coordinate or share results

      Pros

      Clients are really nice and the challenges that arise are typically low stakes. Middle management is genuine and wants their teams to succeed, and peers were great. Cannabis industry is brand new and really fun to be a part of

      The company is very much still a start-up, teams tend to be siloed, go-to-market strategies change often, cannabis industry is really new and unknown so everyone is making it up as they go and every state operates differently

      Pros

      LeafLink is the best job I've ever had because of the unique problems we get to solve every day. Not only are we building a relatively new concept (b2b supply chain platform) but also in a brand new industry. No two months (or even weeks) at LeafLink are the same. The company rewards people who work hard and execute with a lot of opportunity to work on new and interesting initiatives.

      Cons

      The cannabis industry itself has had a difficult year after oversupply post-Covid, which presents a unique set of challenges. That said, LeafLink is in a position to support customers during this time, which can be rewarding. LeafLink is a best fit for someone who enjoys the startup pace / a place where change is the only constant. It is certainly still a true startup in that regard.
