Pros

If you played sports and want a job, you'll get one here and find like-minded athletes.

Cons

The CEO isn't very balanced, and the lack of revenue is a testament to that. The company survives on sponsorship from athletes. The micromanagement is the worst I've ever seen, and you'll be expected to work weekends without extra days off. I once saw the CEO call the head of customer service because one of the top-performing managers left the office 15 minutes early... after working Saturdays for 2 months straight.

Pros

Treats employees well. Committed to supporting remote work. Everyone here loves sports.

Cons

agree with other review, it is a little culty n the leadership is subtly racist. I remember a story that was proudly told about breaking into a basketball court on an indian reservation. The hearts are in the right place and there support for youth sports is genuine but like all startups they care about money more. Engineer dept is mediocre. most engineers don't care much about the customers or about quality. Just collect a paycheck an do the bare minimum. a few good ones tho
