LeagueApps touts itself on treating its employees as "family," but provides no transparency regarding layoffs or firing. As several of the other reviews mentioned, there's a somewhat 'culty' feel to the company.
There is no product direction due to constantly changing OKRs and C-suite priorities, even though internally, there's an emphasis on "product-led decision making." People are afraid to speak their minds for fear of retribution, and there's an intense pressure to perform or be fired.
I agree with past reviews that said the company is subtly racist. While LeagueApps claims to be inclusive, DEI efforts are very minimal and I noticed multiple instances of gender-based discrimination and harassment.
