Pros

Great mission. Big focus on values. The team is full of really good people. Flexible schedule and PTO. Lots of opportunity to learn new things and advance in your career. The company has an inspiring vision to make a big impact in a very positive area - youth sports.

Cons

Like any company, it can be stressful at times. But this is because the company is also focused on achieving results.

Pros

Unlimited PTO for employees over a year, getting to work with some incredible people, and the opportunity to volunteer with Fundplay.

Cons

LeagueApps touts itself on treating its employees as "family," but provides no transparency regarding layoffs or firing. As several of the other reviews mentioned, there's a somewhat 'culty' feel to the company. There is no product direction due to constantly changing OKRs and C-suite priorities, even though internally, there's an emphasis on "product-led decision making." People are afraid to speak their minds for fear of retribution, and there's an intense pressure to perform or be fired. I agree with past reviews that said the company is subtly racist. While LeagueApps claims to be inclusive, DEI efforts are very minimal and I noticed multiple instances of gender-based discrimination and harassment.
