      Pros

      You get to help out sports organizations with a product that is greatly needed. Culture is awesome on the sales team, competitive but supportive

      Like any sales role, you get out what you put in, and it can be a grind at times

      You get to talk about sports and you’ll meet kind hearted genuine people

      Cons

      - Super culty - Leaders are subtly racist. They laid off a dude in sales cuz he spoke too black? - Pay was beyond laughable - They’ll talk you into moving to New York City, then they’ll fire you within 6 months with no severance - Software itself is trash tier, like just a few steps above managing your league with spreadsheets if you still want to work here after reading all the bad reviews, slap yourself.

      Pros

      Interesting market/industry. Good wfh options.

      Cons

      Incessantly preaches their values but fails to practice them daily. They push out (or stifle) competent female leaders with a backbone. HR is lacking experienced leadership and involved in all the wrong things. “Consultants” are hired at random who bring in new strategy just to leave weeks later. You will not be compensated for the work you do cleaning up the mess.
