      Great location, clean place, happy people.

      Lack of possibilities for growth, only people that are friends with branch managers can get promoted inside the organization, you most likely will be stuck in the same position for years.

      - If you focus on your job you can finish it really early. - Work load is small.

      Cons

      - Lack on growth opportunities they are always lying and saying to wait for some weeks for a promotion and then became months and then years and you'll be never get promoted - There is no teams leads or teams manager close to you, "shoulder to shoulder" worrying about your personal and processional growth. There are few and those few have like 16 or more account on their charge. - Lack of internal activities, no motivations or performance bonuses. - ANY options of working from home.
