There are a few cons to my current job position as a marketing strategist. First, the workload is often very heavy and unpredictable. This can be frustrating because it makes it difficult to plan my time effectively. Second, the pay is not always as good as I would like it to be. Salary payments are a mess, payment can be for different amounts and they don’t fix it afterwards. You can experience workplace harassment if they don’t like you. No career path or clear goals from management.
