Pros
My client is 100% work from home, which is great, but most clients have everyone work from site, at least in Colombia. My position does not involve calls, I quote, book and track container imports and communicate with carriers and customers via e-mail.
Cons
My client is great, but I've heard that Lean has other clients where you will be on back to back calls all day, so it's a matter of luck if you land a 100% back office client which is what most people are looking for.
