      Pros

      Tasks are easy so it doesn’t require experience in the field, good fist job, co-workers are young and most of the employees only work 40 hours per week.

      Cons

      The company doesn’t have a lot of opportunities to grow and is hard to make a career there, salaries are not the same for everyone even if they are doing the same job, employees are not allowed to talk about their salaries, lack of professionalism, some managers/leaders are not really trained for that position and they make you work on holidays.
