Thank you for your service to LISD as an Instructional Assistant! We are glad that you enjoyed your time working at LISD and are grateful that you chose our district in which to serve. We, too, are excited about Dr. Bruce Gearing and his vision as a leader. Each year, our Compensation team conducts ongoing market analysis on position classifications to keep our district at or near the top of employee compensation in central Texas. We’re thankful for your contribution to our students and our community.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review and for your dedication and service to our SPED students. It is always our goal to support our outstanding staff with the resources and guidance needed to make a profound impact on our students’ educational journey. To that end, we were excited to offer one of the largest salary increases in our district’s history this year, as well as ensuring that the cost for next year’s insurance coverage remains the same or even less. We understand that with teaching comes necessary meetings and administrative duties and your feedback is valuable in helping us maintain our commitment to keeping the focus on student learning.
