Pros

Great place for Moms who have small children in school. Time off is amazing. 2 months over summer, 1 week during Thanksgiving, 2 weeks off at Christmas, 1 week for Spring Break and some throughout the year.

Cons

Pay for position and amount of work doesn't match up.
