Thank you for your feedback. We are thrilled to hear that you have found that your colleagues work well together and there is a common committment to student success! We also appreciate your feedback regarding salary and the many hats teachers wear. We are constantly reviewing our compensation package and working to move toward higher wages within the boundaries we currently have with funding. We recognize the demands put on teachers and we continue to work on ways to streamline responsibilities wherever possible. We continue to focus efforts on work/life balance for our staff and will share your feedback with those departments. Thank you for all you do for the students of LISD!
