Great hours. Lots of holidays. Nice coworkers. Good exercise. Decent pay if you are looking for extra cash & not expected to pay bills. Good benefits.

Cons

Extremely stressful. Company hired to oversee food services (not LISD) does not care about employees, only profit. Will not hire more people when needed. Hardworking employees expected to do the work of three.

Pros

My school is in a wonderful community, a high socio-economic area, with parents that are involved. Co-workers are great and passionate about educations.

Cons

Low morale for staff due to administration not respecting time, or the lack there of to plan. More and more tasks are thrown onto teachers' plates, instead of simplifying processes. Low pay.
