Pros

This is a great company and a very flexible work environment. We also get to work remotely but you have the option to work in the office if you live close to the office.

Cons

Very low pay for the part-time customer care representative.

Pros

This has become such a terrific place to work and I am so happy to be a part of this team! Obviously the pandemic threw the whole event industry for a loop back in 2020 and it was tough for a while. But leadership saw us through that and now we are back growing and opening offices and working on some of the coolest events in the world! It is so fun! The people here are genuine and more transparent than any other place I've ever worked. We all really care about each other and there's a big "shout out" culture to highlight teammates who go above and beyond. And also everyone is willing to learn from their mistakes and takes ownership of them which is not how I've seen it other places. Leadership is very open to listening to suggestions and made a bunch of investments in the employees since 2020 (like a bonus program, OKRs, wellness programs, supporting hybrid/remote work, Udemy learning platform, live event stipend, etc.) that make us feel appreciated.

Cons

I definitely helps to be passionate about live events. If you're not, it can be tough to have the sense of urgency for our clients and understand their challenges. We work with some of the world's biggest brands (like all the major sports leagues, Live Nation, Disney, etc.) and they can be demanding at times. For those of us who love the industry, it's not all that bad...but for those who don't it can be tough to deal with sometimes.
