- Focus on identifying the "why" behind doing anything rather than taking blind bets - Ownership is given to folks at each and every level to drive business, which is helpful in building a strong career - Decision making is quick and execution plans are even quicker, which yield in lot of learning in small span of time - It is very good place for people who want to "Execute and learn" at all times
Cons
- Business team dominates what to make for a user rather than a product team - Due to a lot of parallel products being pitched to students over multiple calls, user journey is not optimal and they sometimes get irritated - Not fit for a product minded personality as this is an operations-heavy business aided by a few product setups
