Pros

You get the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, which offers solid exposure to data processes, automation, and market research. The startup environment allows you to handle a variety of tasks, helping you build versatile skills quickly.

Cons

The workplace culture can be stressful, with high expectations but limited support or recognition for efforts. Compensation is not competitive given the workload, and there’s little clarity on career growth, making it challenging to stay motivated.
