Best People and Culture team who really care about how are you feeling at a workplace and give you an opportunity to express yourself, without the fear of being judged or repurcussions. No office politics and the rule is same for everyone. I would highly recommend Leap as one of the best place to work for. If you are someone who is self centred, objective driven and professional enough to bring difference with your presence and contribute towards the organisation's development, 6 months will be enough to be rewarded for the next level promotion. Unbiased management and open door policy to voice out your opinion is something which you will like about this organisation! All those people who are commenting negative about the company are timepassers who don't have any vision to grow.
