Pros

- fast-paced execution - a lot to do, a lot to learn - talented team

Cons

- extremely employee averse culture, only work/business-friendly culture. Giving gift boxes doesn't mean you care about employees. - they keep changing policies, randomly introduced 2 month notice period - dictatorial setup for not so important things - eg: work from office ONLY when there is limited capacity at the office - no reward/incentive/appraisal system within a year for great performers - once a year bonus reward where the process is yet to begin - do as the CEO says: good managers can't work around it. - all this is leading to a high attrition rate, point of contact keeps changing, difficult to get things done - no work-life balance. weekends are mostly working
