      1. Freedom, Ownership is what you always get. 2. Learning curve is high as you are always dynamically building products/features. 3. Trustworthy and good colleagues to work with. 4. No politics or negativity.

      Cons

      Sometimes you would need to stretch your working hours to pull off releases, but I guess, that's just with any startup.
