Pros

Experienced and helping team Flexible work environment Management is very cooperating and helping. Very little or in most cases no traveling. Well equipped with state of the art laboratory equipment and software tools. Medical benefits and retirement savings plans. Tuition reimbursement

Cons

So far, I could only find the following cons: No on campus library. Literature review is sometimes causes the delay. Sometimes, tough deadlines.

Lot of leaves with free work environment but very less compensation at lower levels

Lot of leaves 5 days working No shifts except for special cases Free work culture and nobody counts each minute like other mechanical engg companies.

Cons

very low salaries at lower levels promotions not very easy Gap between CTC and in hand salary is too much.
