Pros

Flexible work schedule. Admin has your back when you have a difficult parent.

Cons

Tutoring has low and high seasons. There is no combating that. Sometimes you get lots of clients and other there will be nothing.

Tutoring opportunity with lots of clients, decent pay, and flexible scheduling.

Pros

*We tutor in almost every subject that you can think of. *100% virtual. *An abundance of students. Every day I am sent potential students to tutor. It wasn't long until my schedule was completely full. *Most clients are on auto-renew so I have my clients for long periods of time. *Fair pay. *Flexible scheduling. I choose my schedule and communicate with the clients to book all my appointments. *I choose which age groups and subjects that I want to tutor. *Friendly staff and always available to answer my questions.

Cons

*Most students only have availability during the weekday evenings, which limits the amount of clients I can take.

Pros

They listen to your concerns. They are helpful in answering questions. They are open to our ideas. They are personable and not top-heavy nor do they think they are better or more in any way.

Cons

I do not know of any cons. Your schedule may not be as full as you want it, but that depends on the demand and your abilities to tutor. It is just the nature of this business.
