flexible schedule, holidays, free uniforms
Cons
High turnover for such a small group of employees; trying to expand into other states with no real direction or funding. Management has blinders on and can't see project shortfalls. Job titles change, but don't provide updated job description to employees, then get upset when those employees didn't "step up." No one really knows what their role is.
