Working with sweet kids and young adults. Paid thorough training. My franchise owners are amazing and committed to their trainers and their clients! Effective program to teach with. Flexible hours and time off when needed. Willing to hire an autistic trainer. Great relationships with clients, most parents, bosses, and coworkers. Competitive hourly pay.
Cons
It’s a part-time hourly job, so no benefits and limited earnings. Most trainers are getting a degree while training, so lots of turnover.
