Pros
There are many pros to working here. As many as 3. Challenging solution. Great teams and colleagues. Some career growth (You’ll learn to avoid toxic workplaces In the future).
Cons
- Leadership lack experience and are therefore pretty awful at being leaders. Being sound is not a leadership skill. - Toxic workplace. There is no positive feedback. Don’t expect negative feedback either. Learnosity doesn’t do feedback, unless -it’s looking for leadership feedback. Expect to give a lot of feedback on leadership. - Contrary to my previous point. Don’t give feedback to leadership. - You are a subordinate here. Always remember that. - Workplace politics. Need I say more? - Office cliques. Gossip. All the fine things in life. - Communications are fine if talking to a brick wall and expecting a response is what you consider fine communications.

Pros
Great culture, everyone respects each other and your work is highly appreciated. Wide range of entertainment like pool table, foosball table, XBOX... Working time is very flexible. You are always encouraged to come up with new ideas to improve the products and yourself.
Cons
Working with remote developers can be painful sometimes due to the timezones difference.
