Pros

Socially conscience CEO. Seems to care about employees.

Cons

Awful management. Talented employees repeatedly mismanaged into the dirt. Ridiculous expectations with archaic strategies that discourage teams. Promises will not be kept. Micromanaged to the extreme. Career based on politics, not a meritocracy. Shady, incapable leadership resistant to change --mostly shortsighted ideas. Leadership does not take feedback well. If you're looking to advance your career, this is not the place.

Office location is close to toll road and metro silver line

Cons

Toxic workplace where the execs gave only themselves BIG raises after slashing salaries for 5 months in 2020. Forced people to return to the office and threatened to fire people who preferred wfh.
