Okay company to work for new graduate

Pros

Can get hands on experience working with machinery. Specially CNC machine for soft materials like fabric, leather.... As service engineer in a light industry, you will not need to work overnight or reply to emergency call with urgency.

Cons

Not high compensation. Local management is not so good.
