Culture: Bureaucratic, Arrogant Management: Top-Down, Micro-Management Flexibility: Limited (no flexibility and difficult access to Remote Work) Communication: Poor (Hierarchy), HR Responsiveness: Low Work-Life Balance: Insufficient time off requests: Denied,+ Lack of diversity & inclusion (religion, ethnic.. --> management clearly told me that it would be difficult to respect my religion in this workplace?????? )
