Good people, but leadership and process issues hurt the job

Interesting work and good hands-on experience in a demanding environment. Strong exposure to project delivery, coordination, and problem-solving. Some hardworking people make a difficult system function.

Cons

A lot of the reactive management seems driven by pressure from the client, but leadership does not push back enough when expectations become unrealistic. That pressure rolls downhill to employees, creating stress, rework, and constant firefighting. There is too much leadership meddling, not enough practical support, and accountability is often unclear. High turnover makes continuity harder and adds even more strain to the people who stay.
