Schedules are very demanding and worksites are often very remote.

Company is making efforts to be proactive and treat employees well. Building a strong and positive Company Culture is one of the ongoing goals at Ledcor, and those efforts are being made.

Cons

Industry is very competitive and many of the workforce have options to work for larger competitors and earn higher pay.
