      Pros

      Amazing base salary, strong training, ability to advance, many branches throughout the US, management is there for support, great coworkers and culture. They also provide phenomenal benefits and commission.

      Cons

      Some micromanaging but that will be found at any agency. It’s a brand new branch so it’s taken some time and patience to get off the ground and running.
