Pros

Excellent training program and training staff. It's not an easy job and they know that.

Cons

Second shift was not fun to work. There were days when I was sitting working the whole 8 hours and it felt like I couldn't even get up to use the bathroom.

Pros

It is a steady paycheck and option for health insurance but it is way to expensive for lousy coverage. Best thing you can do is join a company unit that has a union, otherwise expect to be abused, overworked and underpaid

Cons

Company wide layoffs once or twice a year. Parent company does not respect employees, community or local journalism. Quarterly profits for investors is only thing that matters. Employees have moved from other states to work for company only to be laid off 2 months later.
