It's a job. Opportunity to increase pay with retention options. Benefits that are affordable. Opportunity to advance in your position.

Cons

Corporate changes not everyone on the same page. Lack of communication with having so many markets. They need a better system so the customers don't continue to suffer because first point of contact isn't supplied with the proper information. Department cuts/lay offs

Retention commission can nearly double your paycheck, relaxed work environment, fast paced, leadership does really help with training and any questions you may have while taking calls, no cold calling.

Cons

strict attendance policy, breaks and lunches can get put on hold if the call volume gets too high, more information to assist customers

Very relaxed work environment compared to most. Close to downtown Davenport. Beautiful river view. Dress code was very relaxed.

Cons

Management offered absolutely no training. I felt like i was just thrown into the list of things with little or no supervision.
