Great people to work with. Good local exposure to local businesses and local leaders.

Cons

Recent layoffs again so people left having to pick up extra work. New corporate sales leadership also causing some people to be uneasy. Trying to transform to new digital agency model but don't have CMR or other systems in place to do it yet.

Easy to work with databases, good management and work from home availability.

Cons

They could have been more upfront with news on what was going on with the company. Sometimes customers would ask questions that we didn’t have answers for.
