Pros

In small markets, Lee offers digital marketing products for SMBs that can not be accessed easily elsewhere. They have the ability to be the dominate vendor in most of their markets.

Cons

Management is VERY slow to move. Versus strongly developing core products that bring true value for clients, they try to drive monthly revenue with "flavor of the month" gimmicks. Sales people have access to training but usually the trainers to not have the best grasp on what the clients are looking for. Campaign end metrics are very simple and impossible to link attribution to.
