      Work from home and flexibility.

      Cons

      Limited career growth, the company is disorganized, they will wait to provide you your sales goal two weeks into the month and even change it with only a few remaining days in the month. Leadership was not the best in my market, extreme micromanaging. I would not recommend them to a friend. Lots of turn over!
