You're working remote which at first seems like a super epic pro, but it gets sticky because you don't build relationships like you would in a "real world" office environment. However, the management does what they can to make you feel like you're a part of a team. More pros - great training, good starting pay, paid leave, vacation time, paid holidays. You can listen to whatever you want while you work and you can wear pajamas.

Cons

Long not-at-all flexible crazy third-shift-ish hours, stressful working conditions with up to six deadlines a shift, editors who can't or don't do your job telling you how to do your job, tiny nitpicky ultra critical pre proofing that takes forever and will make you late for your next assignment, you get paid time off but you need to put in for it WAYYY in advance or it won't be approved so don't think you can get tickets two weeks in advance - that won't fly.
